General Qualifications
- Graduated from related departments of universities,
- Has at least 4 years of experience in the field of human resources,
- Experienced in organizational structuring, selection and placement, orientation and training planning,
- Able to use MS Office programs actively,
- Knowledge of legislation on labor law, labor law, occupational health and safety,
- Able to take an active role and contribute to the development and implementation of modern human resources practices within the company,
- Expert in the implementation of human resources functions,
- Strong communication and organizational skills, prone to teamwork,
- Business tracking and reporting skills are advanced, the result isç and çösolution focused,
- Open to professional development and learning,
- Good oral level; and speaks written English,
- Completed military service for male candidates,
Job Description
- Implementation and development of the human resources system in line with the company's vision and strategies,
- Performing personnel selection, placement and orientation processes,
- Performing and implementing personnel training and development plans,
- Execution of all human resources (leave, overtime, report, etc.) processes,
- Execution and development of the personnel performance and talent management evaluation process,
- Performing regular reports,
- Organizing the exercises to improve employee motivation.
